So im Thinking Of Either Upgarding My PC Or Getting A PS4 And Im Hoping You Guys Could Me.

This My PC Setup
OS - Windows 8.1 (64bit)
CPU - Intel Core i3-4130 @3.40ghz
RAM - 8GB DDR3 RAM
GPU- MSI Twin Frozr Nvidia GeForce GTX 760 OC Edition 2GB GDDR5

The PC Upgrade I Wanted To Perform Was Upgarding To A i7-4770k
And Maybe Just Maybe A GTX 780 If Lucky But Other Than That Just An i7 for now.

Or

Getting A PlayStation 4?

PC
-Not Sure If I Will Be Able To Play Watch Dogs And GTA V, Assasins Creed Unity ,etc On ULTRA Smoothly WIth My GPU Although PC Has Better Graphics
-Not Sure If All Games Will Run Smooth
-Not Sure Whether New Games Will Be Horrible PC Ports etc

PS4
-No Lag
-Smooth Gameplay on Mostly All Games
-Most My Friends Have PSN , PS3 And PS4
-Remote Play
-Easy To Set Up If Moving From Room To Room etc

Help Me Decide Thanks!

Upgrade your CPU and you'll be able to runs games well, if you have the funds then go ahead and upgrade the GPU too.
Keep in mind what chipset your motherboard is to avoid spending more money on the CPU than you need to (OC).

Well that gpu is miles better than the gpu in a ps4 and a 760 can play anything at ultra or at least very close to it with a decent framerate so the pc build is much more powerful than the ps4 if thats what your looking for but the ps4 or xbox one is certainly easier to deal with and will probably have a lot more games so its up to you. I personally have both an xbox one and a gaming pc so i dont miss out on anything.

You're completely wrong about something here.
If you have more real friend who play on console, and are actually gamers and play with you.
Then get a console, without a doubt.
You invite lot people to your house, to play, get a console.
You guys won't be able to sit 4 people before 1 screen on PC, consoles perfect for that.
You like sports, racing, flying games which plays better on game-pad, etc... get a console.

If you got more gamers friends on PC, then get a PC.
and otherwise, if any of this were not true, get a PC.

Just like SethJPC wrote, just upgrade CPU, your GPU is good for 1080p gaming, for upgrade you should rather wait for next gen 800-series, maybe even 1 generation beyond.
If you won't perform any editing etc.... then get i5-4670, it's practically the same just without Hyper-Threading, which anyway doesn't really add any realistic performance in games, while the CPU is half price cheaper.
