Sometimes my PC works just fine on my bought GPU, but sometimes i get a blackscreen, it restarts and decides it wants to use the onboard one. When it restarts, it makes a clicking noise for about 15 secs and I have to rewire my vga cable. The onboard GPU is worse and i can‘t do anything about it except wait for a couple of days for it to revert. In that couple of days i can‘t do anything because my onboard GPU is very, very weak.

Please help, and if you can‘t thanks anyways.

um ok thats really strange have you made sure that the gpu is completly pluged in? have you checked to make sure that your graphics card is the perfered display adapter in bios?

Yes, yes, of course I‘ve tried everything from BIOS to contacts. In BIOS the PCI-E GPU is set as the primary and the contacts are fine.
