When I trying to move my cursor or other moving objects I get a shadow behind the moved object plzz help !

Go to your mouse pointer settings page. There is an option for that shadowing you mentioned. Just turn the option off.

Power them both down, then unplug them for 30 seconds or so, and then power them back up. Then check for improvement.

If it is monitor related then you have the option of repair or buying a new monitor.
