Hyper evo 212 when playing having +84 temp.

Guys i just set up a new CPU and im still getting huge temps maybe i should make it go faster or something like that i still get +84 i got new thermal paste new cpu cooler Hyper evo 212 and it still huge temps.

CPU : AMD II X4 750k Quad core 3.4GHz.
Motherboard : ASUSTeK F2A55-M LK
Video Card : GTX 650 Ti

Hi,i installed the cooler by video i changed my cooler because i had the same temps with a custom one , i used HWmonitor and speccy to see the temps and i dont know how to check them correctly mate.. maybe my fan speed is too slow?

im gonna check if i done things right right now change a thermal paste because i left the old one and yeah i do all the things again and see if i maded any mistakes mate ;)

ok i renewed watched everything allright puted new thermal paste provided by CM and temps are the same any suggest? + when i turn off my pc and go to bios it says 37temp but all the time stays at the same i think it may be bugging and another thing my Fan is only on 1000 RPM .

Look at this picture please.http://i.imgur.com/eNZayEW.jpg can u see the green thing right look at others who has +30-40 temps they dont have more than half green of it my cpu has +77 temp and he has like only half of the green like he would have +44 what do u think??
