Case fans don't work, but LED flashes when turning off

I'm building a new rig atm, tried to test the case fans but non of work. the one with LED (bitfenix spectre pro LED) flashes when I turn off the PSU (no other way of turning it of atm). I suppose that means that the power gets to the fan but why doesn't it work? I tested only two, both brand new. on my brothers PC they work no problem why don't they work on my rig? also the CPU fan works great. I wonder maybe it's PSU's fault?

Look in to getting a molex to 3 pin converter. Buy 1, see if it works.

Try plugging them in on different plugs.

My MOBO is ASUS maximus VI Impact (mini-itx), it only has 3 case fan plugs. I tried
all of them but neither of the fans work
