Screen stretched? Monitor or graphics problem?

Hello, why does my screen shots look like this? Also my mouse pointer does goes off the screen sometimes, I really don't know the name for this. But anyone know if it's a monitor or GPU problem?

*Note my screen doesn't look like that, only when taking screen shots. But that's obviously how it really looks, cause as I stated my mouse cursor does go off screen at times.

It almost sounds like your monitor is telling the GPU that it's 2 monitors, hence the extended screen and mouse disappearing (It would normally just go onto the 2nd screen). First off I'd remove the GPU and try running the PC using integrated graphics only, see if you get the same issues

Sorry I forgot about this thread, but the problem was with the screen setting itself. I went to the screen menu and noticed the image settings on "Overscan" I simply changed it to "Full". That fixed the problem. Thanks for your solutions @CGurrell!
