Hello my budget is MAX 500 EUR-677USD. (I live in Greece).
I will probably keep my old case, monitor, PSU and HDD.

Old rig:
Intel q6660 2.4GHz 775 socket
Radeon HD 4800 series (fan loud as hell)
Samsung 22' 1920x1080 no HDMI port
Asus MoBo dont remember model
4GB RAM

I need you to recommend me some CPU+GPU+MO-BO+RAM combos.
I am a programmer so i want IDEs like eclipse, android studio etc run smooth.
On the gaming side i play Arma II/III, Dayz so i want decent fps on those games, (high settings not ultra).
I want to use 2-3 monitors simultaneously without lag mostly when i am not playing games .
I want the motherboard to be able to support future upgrades like crossfire or maybe minor overclocking and expandable RAM up to 8~16GB. If the price fits an SSD and/or a new PSU with low cost on the CPU+GPU parts i would go with it because PSU is out of warranty. RAM can be at 4-6GB no need for more. OS: Windows 8 (don't include in price, already got them).
Intel or AMD? I prefer Intel but with this budget i guess AMD is the way to go.

Thanks!

Thanks for your interest!
Seems like a pretty fair solution although i can't find the GPU.
The price exceeds my budget though because of the different region.
Keep them recommendations flowing!

Well it was around 80 EUR above i think so it's 100usd down :/.
If you can put another list a bit cheaper, maybe 50-80 usd i will try to save more money.

I am not sure because i can't seem to find info but i remember it was very strong.
It is same with this http://www.pcpower.com/images/products/b/Silencer_Red_3827.jpg
but i am not sure if silencer has more like this with different power support.
As i said it is out of warranty, so either way i will try to buy one immediately after i get the main components going.
Thank you for your help.

I'm not sure where you can order from but.
GPU 7870 392.50
http://pc-store.gr/en/sapphire-vga-pci-e-ati-hd7870-11199-00-20g.html
CPU FX 4100 131.10
http://pc-store.gr/en/amd-cpu-fx-4100-3.6ghz-cache-4mb8mb-socket-am3-box-3yw..html
Mobo ASROCK MB N68C-GS FX 53.00
http://pc-store.gr/en/asrock-mb-n68c-gs-fx.html
Ram 1600mhz 8gb 74.10
http://pc-store.gr/en/corsair-ram-dimm-xms3-kit-1x8gb-cmz8gx3m1a1600c10.html
Total about €650
Mobo isn't that good but the cpu is 95w just don't get a 83xx cpu for it or overclock on it.
GPU is pretty good basically a 270X if you overclock it alittle.
CPU isn't that good but it an upgrade and is a quad core.
You should be able to run game on med-high setting fine 1080p

I might be ordering from e-shop.gr plaisio.gr or generally from skroutz.gr
The GPU part seems like an overkill, no offense :D.
Thank you for your time!

This combo costs like 535-550 EUR so it's pretty close. So yeah it's a pretty good solution. Thanks.

Same build but with this 280 "still come with 3 free game" for 228.90
http://www.plaisio.gr/ypologistes-anavathmisi/anavathmisi-ypologisti/vga-kartes-grafikwn/Sapphire-VGA-PCI-X-Sapphire-R9-280-3GB-GD5-Boost-11230-00-40G.htm
or

http://www.plaisio.gr/ypologistes-anavathmisi/anavathmisi-ypologisti/vga-kartes-grafikwn/MSI-GTX-760-TF-2GD5-OC-2GB.htm
Would make it around 541.30 for no sli mobo and GTX 760
511.20 for no sli mobo and R9 280
576.51 for Z87 G43 sli mobo and R9 280

OK sli seems as an option for future although i am not sure if i will be able to take advantage of it.
Question: What is the difference between Sapphire R9 280X 3GB GD5 OC D-X and Sapphire VGA PCI X R9 280 3GB GD5 Boost ? cause there is like 80 EUR difference in the price although in the 280x version they give you 3 games.

Yeah you responded first! :)
So they are all compatible, i can now see benchmarks and choose according to the budget.
"576.51 for Z87 G43 sli mobo and R9 280" this option seems like the best from all.
