:hello:
Hi everybody!
I am curious to find out what headphones I should buy for my uncle's birthday. He's middle-aged and loves to listen to music (usually 'Pop' music), sound quality really is key for this purchase. In terms of looks, I quite like the 'wooden' style that's going around right now, but I am open to all recommendations for styles of headphones, my budget is £30 and I am not really willing to go much higher than this, I would also like these to be over-ear headphones rather than on-ear headphones,
I would really appreciate any feedback,
Thanks,
Sam :hap:

Here are the same Philips, so you can browse through couple of them (though they little diffrent made, those browns were special model): http://www.amazon.co.uk/s/ref=nb_sb_noss?url=search-alias%3Delectronics&field-keywords=CitiScape%20Downtown%20On-Ear%20Headphone

Some other headphones:

and more:

Ok'ey, I won't be find any more than those, browsed through 30 sides, nothing better looking and sounding.
Cause I also chose those based on sound...

Incipio Forté f38:

here are some reviews:

Here are some other headphones for 45 GBP:
http://www.amazon.co.uk/Philips-SHL5605BK-10-CitiScape-Headphones-Black/dp/B0077860KM
you can check it reviews on same site.

Really hard to find any good headphones except the first ones, in that price range with such requirements.
The headphones branch is still not mature enough for so low prices...

Thanks for the recommendations but I'm not sure that the brown would really suit my uncle's taste, although I really like the look of those Phillips CitiScape headphones. Please keep looking as I don't want to let him down!
Nonetheless, thanks 'KryssNova' for showing me those fantastic looking Phillips headphones!

Your welcome Sam.
Cheers

I am going to be honest, but you will not find very good quality headphones for 30 quids in my opinion (if your uncle is indeed an audiophile).

Of course, not audiophile grade.
Though, good sound quality yes.
