Hello, recently I thought I'd upgrade my GPU. I've a budget of about 120 euros. I have a 430W PSU, an i3-3220 processor. I'm pretty sure it's a quad core though: Image: http://puu.sh/9nAA7/fb8e9e508a.png
I was thinking of getting a GTX 750. Or 550TI. But I'm afraid of bottleneck. Help? I want top play games like Arma 3, DayZ etc. Thanks!

A perfect ballance between CPU and GPU in nearly impossible since some games are more CPU intensive and others more GPU intensive, you could go for a bit stronger GPU and have minimal botlenecks in your CPU and vice versa.

I would get a GTX 750 Ti. That should work wonderfully on your 430W power supply. It uses very little watts.

The i3-3220 is not a quad core, but rather a hyperthreaded dual core. Each core has 2 threads, if that makes any sense.

This is an insanely good deal. As long as that is a quality 430w, you will be ok.

If quality is uncertain, go with a GTX 750ti.
