cpu usage 100%

My pc's cpu always go on 100% usage whenever i start it and it still stays that way i am unable to play games i had done evreything for it i tried re-installing the windows it worked fine for few days but after that it has started again my specs are
amd fx-6300
xfx 7770
250gb hd
Gigabyte GA-78LMT-USB3
I have also scanned it with antivirus and all but still it goes to 100% and stays at that level all the time

1. Right Click Taskbar, Open task manager
2. Go to Processes tab
3. Click on column header "CPU"
4. This will list what is using the most CPU cycles at the top and sort them from most to least (clock on CPU again if it is reverse)
5. Google the exe files that are at the top of the list if you do not recognize them. Turn off unwanted apps (right click / end process). If web search reveals a virus or malware, take appropriate removal steps.
6. Unwanted apps can be stopped from auto starting via msconfig or Mike Lin's start up control panel
