Boot into safe mode and uninstall the driver causing the issue.

Then go back to your old drivers or GPU that did work.

Well now I've messed with it and I have the new gpu on. With the gpu I also got a cd which has the drivers on it, but I put the cd in And when I want to launch the driver installer it just wont open.

Do not use drivers from the CD, always use drivers from the manufactures website because those drivers are most likely the latest.

Have you booted into safe mode and uninstall the graphics driver yet?
