Logitech gaming software doesn't recognize my g430 headsets. how to fix that?

So i have two logitech devices... one is mouse g502 and it is recognized by software but g430 headsets isn't. I reinstalled it but same thing again. No detecting of g430. I can listen music with them but i can't configure them. Any solution?

Yes i did. I find the solution after some time, tried with usb adapter instead audio jack and it worked(not first time). previously i restarted pc and it finally worked. not offering too many options but it is oke. When i plug headset in audio jack i have realtek hd audio manager that also provides some good options, so hard to say what to choose. Also, drivers are the same for mouse and headset.
