With 7850 , 3D Mark score P5448

Is this score is lower than usual ?
Card is Powercolor 7850 1GB

I have shuttering problem with Watch Dogs on Lowest settings
With Wolfenstein New Order , on medium settings I got 13 fps avarage

Is there sth. wrong with video card or I have problem with my system ?

That score seems pretty good for a HD 7850 and Q9550 in 3DMark 11. For comparison, this is my score with a Phenom II X4 980 and HD 6850 I had years ago: http://www.3dmark.com/3dm11/2000604

The PhIIX4 980 is a bit stronger than the Q9550: http://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/gaming-cpu-review-overclock,3106-5.html
But the HD 6850 is quite a bit weaker than the HD 7850: http://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/gaming-graphics-card-review,3107-7.html

So, it looks like yours is performing about right.
