Approximate Purchase Date: A Few Weeks

Budget Range: $500 as of right now. with shipping a little over $500 will be fine.

System Usage from Most to Least Important: Gaming, Gaming, Gaming

Are you buying a monitor: I do not need a Moniter, Keyboard or mouse. I have these laying around.

Parts to Upgrade: I have a hard drive from my laptop i can easily use. I believe its like 750gb or 500gb.

Do you need to buy OS: No OS, Like i said i have a working hard drive with windows 7 and all my stuff on it i can plug in and use.

Preferred Website(s) for Parts: Any website that doesnt have bad reviews.

Location: City, State/Region, Country - USA, Michigan

Parts Preferences: None really, Im trusting everyone here.

Overclocking:Maybe

SLI or Crossfire: I do not know what this is.... sorry

Additional Comments: Its important to me that I can upgrade this computer later this year or early next year. If it happens that i cannot use my laptops hard drive then go ahead and include that in the build but do not include a OS. I have windows 7 laying around here somewhere also.

And Most Importantly, Why Are You Upgrading: My old laptop keeps crashing, It had an old i7 quad core from around 2011 in it. But i doubt that is very useful but i can still use the hard drive (im assuming) it works fine.

No you can't use your hard drive without a fresh installation of windows. Because it won't recognize the new part(mobo,CPU,GPU etc...). I had the same experience. But you said that you have a copy of Windows 7. Good.

find/get a better psu though of course lol, stock delta's are junk but can be hot-rodded a little xD

Hell lately been interested in getting/looking at a more budget Intel build... i3 4130, MSI Z87 board, could do/go a nice route with that build....the i3 4130 is just sick/ridiculous performer in some games and easily surpasses the fx 4300/6300 etc in some games...

It's a solid performer for that price....but the i3 4130/haswell about same price... still is superior architecture and in certain tasks/certain games it can really make the FX 4300/6300 and hell even 8350 look kinda bad...believe me I don't even want to admit that either haha

Yes I know. Before, I wanted a AMD gaming PC as a gift if I pass my official exams although I knew that Intel have better performance. But I changed my mind and now I want an intel gaming pc. I am so impatient to do those ****** exams but the ministry of education is delaying them.
