Going to be hard to beat the XFX on price. I'd go with that.

The R9 270 can run on a CX500.
But CX 500 psu aren't really recommend for gaming pc but it should hold fine.

But if you already got the CX 500, you can keep using it if you get a R9 270 or R7 265 but no higher end cards than that.

I would measure the CX outputs to be sure it's in spec. I see a lot of them with 11V on the 12v rail.
