Radeon HD7770 Overclock? Is it worth?

This is my PC config:

GPU: Radeon HD 7770 1GB
CPU: Intel Core i3 3220
Mobo: Asus P8B75
PSU: 500W
Ram: 8GB Corsair 1600Mhz
OS: Windows 7 64bit

The 7770 start with:
Clock GPU: 1000Mhz
Clock Memory: 1125Mhz
Fan Speed: 30%

Temperature (Non Game): 35°
Temperature in-game: 40°- 45°

I don't want to boost them all... I just want a little bit more power. Keep in mind I have only 500W of PSU.

To answer your question I would say yes just make sure you run everything in Prime 95 to make sure it is stable. BUT i would recommend upgrading the GPU soon something like a r7 265 will go a long way or gaming perormance.
