I wanna be able to use my home internet in my phone and tablet with wifi. How can I do it? Apart from buying a wireless wifi router what costs 100$ in my country.

I have a modem now what is connected with my home phone line cabel and PC with wires. Is there some short of antenna I could stick into my modem or PC so it could send internet to whole apartment so my phone could use it by wifi? What hardware do I need?

Lets see they could send threats to the government officials, or worse they could do something like post child porn using your connection. In both these cases they come haul you off to jail and you have prove you did not do it.

Most criminals have learned you can be tracked so you always find someone else connection that is unprotected to use.

Still that doesn't matter a lot since all hardware has the option to encrypt the data to keep bad people out.

Normally the cheapest way is to use some form of wireless router between your modem and your PC. If you say these cost $100 it is going to be hard. You can get very simple routers in most countries for $20.

If you PC has a wireless card in it you might be able to use your PC as a hotspot. The are a couple ways to do it and you will find a bunch of stuff if you search how to make your pc a hotspot.

The key thing is you must have a wireless card in your pc already . These too cost between $10 and $20 in most countries so it depends what it really cost you. If you are going to spend money I would be looking at a router first it is much simpler and much less hassle to install than using your pc as a hotspot.

It is not a simple password you are seeing is likely WPA encryption. It likely doesn't matter a lot if you are running wireless it will have the option to run WPA. This has been around many years and it is unlikely you will find any equipment that does not support it.

You are likely going to have to buy something to do this. It is not like you can just take a piece of wire and magically get WiFi signals. You need some device with the radio chips....and it is these chips themselves that support the security options. It is not like you can go buy wireless radio chips and solder them into a modem or something. The simple solution everyone uses is a router but if they are too costly in your country then I am at a loss what to suggest. Have a friend from the EU or the USA pick a used one up at a garage sale for $5 and send it to you.

As @bill001g said, it depends on your encryption type. Also, most are not just password protected but mac address auth as well. So even if you know the right password, you will also need to spoof your mac address to a valid entry. Furthermore, those setups usually have logs so if anything happens, most people are aware of client connections and can take security measures.

As I said before, I do not recommend you setting it up yourself; but you can do whatever you like.
