Well GTX780ti TRI-SLI would fit in this build but nvm :p

i don't really know your budget, but considering your build it's not in the low-end.

1080p
R9 280X would do it in 95% of all games, go for the R9 290 if you want it to be 99,9% and the next games releasing.

GTX770 same as the R9 280X though only 2GB of vram, GTX780 would be slower than the R9 290 by a small margin, and still that 1GB less compared to the R9 290.

Nvidia's are quieter, while AMD performs best for the prizea and comes with more vram. If you're gaming 1440p then pick atleast the GTX780 or R9 290, if not something higher.

Haha I was looking at getting GTX780ti and then buying another next year but heard that sli is struggling with some games.

Yeah money is not really an issue as I would like to spend and then not spend for a while again. Sure this pc would last at least 4 years if I buy the right stuff.

What would be the better option Nvidia or AMD? I have had Nvidia cards all my life and they worked fantastic. Currently I am running BF4 on High with my old XFX GTX260. Still my best card so far haha. (But no DX11:(  )

What screen(s) are you using? 1080p? 1440p? 3x1080p? 2160p?

in 1080p a R9 290 would do fine for a long time, the GTX780 too.
