Hello, I'm new to PC building so please bear with me. I would like to begin to order components for a workstation/gaming build, so take a look at what I have itemized thus far for the investment.

http://pcpartpicker.com/p/V6n6qs (Please note the intel processor is a placeholder for the i7-4790k)

CPU: i7-4790K Haswell 4.0GHz LGA 1150
Motherboard: ASUS Z97-A LGA 1150 Intel Z97 HDMI SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX Intel Motherboard
Memory: Corsair Vengeance 16GB (2 x 8GB) DDR3-1600 Memory
Storage: Samsung 840 EVO 1TB 2.5" Solid State Drive
Storage: Western Digital VelociRaptor 1TB 3.5" 10000RPM Internal Hard Drive
Video Card: MSI GeForce GTX 780 3GB TWIN FROZR Video Card
Case: Fractal Design Define R4 w/Window (Black Pearl) ATX Mid Tower Case
*Power: I need a PSU recommendation, more on that in a bit.
Optical Drive: Asus DRW-24B1ST/BLK/B/AS DVD/CD Writer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 8.1 (OEM) (64-bit)

Now here's the rub, I would like to purchase an AIO liquid cooler for both my CPU and my GPU. I do not want fan noise, and definitely do not want to have to fuss around with an open loop cooler. I looked into the Corsair H100i 77.0 CFM Liquid CPU Cooler and the Hydro Series HG10 GPU cooling bracket, but I would like to know if there may be issues with fitting those components into a R4 along with a front radiator (which I also need advice on). What would be your recommendations?

PS
Thank you for helping me with my pc assembly. I am really looking forward to building.

Solution
10000RPM HDDs are a little noisier than 7200RPM HDDs and sometimes rattle around, maybe you could consider grabbing 2x 7200RPM HDDs and RAIDing them instead if you want the speed.

Entomber

Admirable
If you think that liquid coolers have no fans, you are mistaken; liquid coolers still use fans on their radiators to disperse heat from the liquid.

Also, what are do you mean by "workstation"? What are you planning to do other than gaming?

I am aware of the fans and that doesn't bother me, from what I've read, the r4 is a quiet case to begin with. I am more concerned about the components all fitting.
I will be using adobe for photoshop in addition to playing video games.

That's not a bad idea. Are the hammock-like suspension HDD bays any good?
I could go full SSD as well. Those drives can mount onto the back of the mobo, correct?
