Hello, first question here after years of lurking.

I have 4 GTX 780s, they are all the same model, all base model.

Amazon link for specs: GTX 780

But right now, only 3 are in my computer because it currently has an EVGA 1300 Watt (80Plus Gold/90% efficiency and all that)

Another Amazon link for specs: EVGA SuperNOVA 1300

Actual question:
I was just wondering if I can add the 4th card without upgrading the power supply again.

Additional info:
I will not be overclocking the cards, I have RAM OC'd to 2400, and an i7 3770k OC'd to only 4.2.

EVGA is coming out with higher wattage power supplies. It would be best to wait for those to be released and maybe the GTX 780 would be a little cheaper too by then.

GTX 780 Ti 4x SLI

1550 watts is needed.

1300 watts won't cut it.

It just confuses me when I see how a lot 4 way Titan and 780 builds use the AX1200.

Sorry about this. I forgot that it has the 10 year warranty, so it is meant to be pushed.

I panicked since the video cards would add up to 1000 Watts TDP then add in the additional watts for the CPU and additional voltage for the RAM.

The power supply has more wiggle room since it has 90% efficiency or 1170 Watts available (with a 130 Watts margin of error) but the 4x GTX 780 probably won't be running at 100% all the time.
