Hello fellow pc-lovers,

This is my first time on this forum and I hope I can get some advice. And I hope to give you guys advice in the future ;)

Am am going to buy an i5 4690 because i think it will be great for my needs.
My gpu is a MSI GTX750Ti.

I"m thinking of getting this motherboard: http://www.asus.com/Motherboards/H97PLUS/specifications...
Does anyone know good cheap ram (8gb) that is compatible with all this?
My pc is mostly used for race simulators, and I thought this would be a pretty capable pc for the money.

Thnx in advance!

all those parts are great together, I wouldn't change a thing.

Great ram for the price;

For the money, it is pretty capable.

Thnx man, I just hope my PSU can handle it, do you have an idea how much power this would need? I don't plan on overclocking anything.

a 350W good quality PSU will suffice that rig.

I would go for a 500W just for the watt headroom.

Thank you for your quick answers!

I already have a 540W so I guess that's more than enough.

Should I go for 1x8GB or 2x4GB?

2x4GB, your motherboard runs in dual channel, so having two sticks will be better then just one running in single channel.

You're my hero man!

I'm pretty excited because im
going from this:
AMD athlon x2 II
HD4850
Asrock n68-s
4GB DDR2

To this:
I5 4690
MSI GTX750TI
Asus H97Plus
8GB DDR3

I already got an Samsung evo SSD and the GTX installed on the old setup, but the Dinosaur asrock has the old Sata and the old PCI so I think it'll all make a huge difference!
