Strange bug with gtx 770 msi oc edition

So i was getting low fps 40-70 fps watch dogs 1440x900 msaa 4x high and i was with gt 640 drives i unninstaled them then oc the 770 to max and the pc frezeed then i restrart it from the psu button and now in watch dogs i get 30-55 fps neverming if low or high why? do i need to return the gpu and replace it? also aa in nvidia 3d was 8x i turned it to off but it was the same help!

sounds like your system is being bottlenecked by something that isn't your GPU. what are the rest of your specs?

I know when i put thigs to medium it was 60-90 fps but still i though gpu matters not cpu cpu is only for distance as i know but even distance on low and other settings on high i still get almost same fps 10+ max so the gpu can't max out the game on high 1440x900?

that GPU is perfectly able to max out the game at Ultra at 1080p.

However, Watch Dogs uses the CPU heavily, not just the GPU. Again, your CPU is causing the low FPS, not the GPU.

It can max out it yes but on 20 -30 fps :D  i need it at least on 50 60 perfect
