I will probably get my hands on Watch Dogs by the end of this week and so wondering at what setting I can play this game with decent fps?

My Budget Rig

CPU: Intel Core i3 3220 3.3ghz
RAM: A-Data XPG 4x2GB DDR3 1600mhz
GPU: Sapphire 7790 1GB Dual X OC EDITION

I play games in my Sony Bravia 32inch Full HD tv @1920x1080.. I also have a 19inch 768p monitor.

Thanks in Advance :)

Its better not to estimate at which settings your can run Watch Dogs at due to Ubisoft not optimizing Watch Dogs good on pc edition.
Wait for a patch to come out and you'll see benchmarks which will answer your question :) .

Now if you have money and don't know what to upgrade, upgrade that graphic's card.

Yah watch dogs pc version is kind of a mess right now even top of the line pc's experience trouble but when its fixed i would say around medium settings with a decent framerate.

Sadly according to Watch Dogs minimum hardware specifications.
You would not be able to run Watch Dogs even on Low Settings.
Your CPU only have 2 physical cores, while Watch Dogs require minimum of 4 cores, where at 3 cores would be enough.
Still I think you would be able to play at Low Settings, at 1080p and maybe Low-Medium at 768p.

That's usually true, not in this instance.
His CPU is 2-core, it's terribly lacking for Watch Dogs.
You would get often frames drops at even medium settings with that setup.

Let's not get his hopes down but as i said lets not estimate which setts he can run on and just wait for some benchmarks after the patch.

Yah and they recommend a 6 core or 8 core amd fx processor when an i5 or i7 will run rings around both of them dont believe those requirements they make no sense i bet that cpu will run watch dogs fine even if it is duel core its a 4th gen haswell.

Ok'ey. I admit mistake that it run good average frames.
But the pinq between the frames can jump so randomly.
Just watch some videos with people who play on 2-core CPU's even with good GPU's.
They got so much stutter that even though frames are there, it's not enjoyable cause of the pinq between frames.
and even to add to that, they play on 1024x720p.

Dual Core? A 2005 Pentium D is a dual core too. As is a modern i3-4130. But there is a HUGE performance gap between those two.

Yes, there is Huge gap between those two.
But the minimum requirement is Core 2 Quad Q8400, well I checked and i3-3220 equals (has little bit better performance overall) than the min. req. CPU.
Still I watched couple of videos on YT just now, and the i3-3220 with 760 had lot of stuttering at Low Setting 1024x720p.
Even though it had average 24 FPS with FRAPS (so otherwise around 30-35 FPS), it had lot of stuttering cause by the PING between frames. Which I searched for some benchmarks, could even go up to 400ms between each 71-85 frames (which means, each every 3-4 seconds) for whole duration of gaming.
Not enjoyable at all. The game would run ofc, but would it be enjoyable? HELL NO!

My own personally reason to get PC is to play on High quality graphics and pay less for games, and also have possibility to upgrade my components.
Otherwise PC gaming would be contradiction for me, since if you don't care for graphics, then just go for a console. You don't have to maintain it, get always at least medium graphics, 30 FPS even if resolution is downsized you don't notice it from your sofa anyway.

wow..that bad huh... guess I'll wait for the patch then...
I've been able to play almost all games in Medium to High settings with this rig..Some of them even in ultra too! But have been hearing that Watch Dogs is ridiculously demanding as in the new Crysis 3.. Hope it'll be playable with a decent fps when the patch comes out (that is, if Ubi releases a patch) ...
