I am building a limited budget gaming rig. (Since I am a poor student lol) So I'm planning on overclocking to squeeze as much as possible from setup without hurting it.
http://pcpartpicker.com/p/JHBqBm < The Rig, plus Cooler Master (K)night case http://www.coolermaster.com/case/mid-tower/k350-rc-k350-kwn2-en/

A couple of questions:
1)I'm not professional in overclocking GPU so I was wondering if it's worth to get MSI R9 270x HAWK version of my GPU. Since I've read that it provides more power than Gigabyte version.
2)I never OC'ed a CPU but I know that Ram, motherboard and CPU are all connected. So I need to know if my motherboard is suitable for OC'ing, and I'm planning to get 1866Hz rams (as you saw in the list), or is it enough just to have them as 1600Hz?
P.S.3) Do I really need a 750 W psu for this build? I was thinking of switching to 600-650 plat efficiency if possible, but friend suggested that its better to keep 750W

Thank you all in a advance. :)

Update: Best solution selected accidentally. Don't know how to "un-best solution" it. :(

Solution
Are you fine with a non-overclocking build? Assuming this is a gaming build, if you go with a locked processor and a H97 chipset motherboard, you can save a lot of money which you can allocate into the gpu. As a result, you'll end up with more graphic power and it will be an overall stronger gaming build.
1) I will get HIS R9 280 IceQ OC 3GB for $190, that is real good good deal. http://www.amazon.com/HIS-IceQ-Graphics-Cards-H280QC3G2M/dp/B00JIJUC2A/ref=lh_ni_t?ie=UTF8&psc=1&smid=ATVPDKIKX0DER
2) If you get the 1866mhz ram, you can go to the bios set up the intel XMP profile. Also yes, you can run the ram at 1600mhz too.
3) You don't have to buy the 750W PSU, and if you use single 270x even 500-550w good PSU will do the job. And here is one Antec HCG M HCG-850M for $70 after MIR and USD $25 off w/ promo code EMCPDPD38, ends 6/12, why not?

And the review for it. http://www.techpowerup.com/reviews/Antec/HCG-850M/

If I get R9 280x it hurts my budget, since the prices differ, and in Europe or at least the country I live in, its quite more expensive. Unless, I buy some other parts cheaper than it is to save up for R9 280X

As for your PSU solution - I dont want a bronze efficiency type, sadly. So if I am going to overclock, 600 W psu will do the job?

Well Im looking forward to upgrade my PC in the future, partly. So I guess I dont really like the motherboard, and I'd be fine with overclocking.

On second thought, if I get H97 mobo http://www.msi.com/product/mb/H97MG43.html#hero-overview and therefore locked i5, 1600Hz rams instead 1866Hz - then I can afford GTX 760 but not more I think. Is worth the heist?
