Monitor screen ripples while playing games/surfing.

When playing MMORPG's or even surfing the web, my monitor has the ripple effect.

My Specs as follow;
Case Black Mana 136
Mobo Asus M5A97 R2.0
GPU Sapphire Radeon HD 7770 OC GHz Edition Vapor-X
RAM G.Skill 8GB 4x2
PSU Rosewell 700w
CPU AMD FX-6300 (Stock)
CPU Cooler Enermax ETS-T40 Black Twister
Monitor 24" DELL 1080p LED

Did you do any extra overlocking to your gpu?

No, the gpu is still where it was (stats) from the factory settings.

did you check that your cables are secure and not loose.

Could be a defective PSU / GPU.

are GPU driver up to date ?

All drivers including the GPU are currently up-to-date.
