It works but it's not that great.
The Sabertooth is a premium board that is overpriced for what you get, IMO. Also, since it's based on the Z87 chipset that was meant for overclocking, you're wasting money since you have a locked processor. Either go for the i5-4670k to overclock or a H87 chipset motherboard to not overclock.
Also, what Corsair psu is that? RM, CX, HX, etc.?
