Help With Placement of corsair H55 Quiet Edition Liquid Cooler.

I am looking to buy a Corsair H55 water cooler and install it in my desktop. I am not too sure where to place it in my case for maximum cooling of my entire case. I am aware that it is best to use the radiator and fan as a intake because it keeps the liquid colder so with that in mind where of the following 3 places should I place my water cooler. And depending upon that, where should I put my existing exhaust case fan.

And one last thing is would a 525w psu be able to power this pump, fan, 2 other 80mm fans, 2 HDD's and a GT610(this card doesnt directly connect to the psu). Thanks for all the help and please respond soon!

Solution
Your psu will be fine

The H55 is not a great cooler , and its noisier than cheaper air coolers that do a better job .
I do not understand the idea of taking heat from the processor and then using the radiator to heat the air entering the case . That will raise internal temps [ it seems to me ] . I would have the radiator exhausting its heat outside the case .
