Yes hello, I was just curious about which fan header is the most appropiate for a corsair h50 I plan on mounting a g10 gpu bracket along with the h50 to my graphics card, however, am I better off plugging it into a channel fan header and going into the UEFI to change the pump to 100% manually? or do I just leave it? also will changing this affect my already cpu fan hooked up seidon 120mm for my cpu? thanks here are some links on what im working with so you know.

CORSAIR Hydro Series H50 Quiet Edition Water / Liquid CPU Cooler. 120mm (gpu cooler)

Note: my cpu pump is plugged up to my opt cpu header, rad is plugged into the the cpu fan header

thanks for your incite.

i run an H90 ( for my cpu ) on a fan header and not the cpu fan header. runs at a faster steadier rate keeping it a lot cooler.......... I would hook it to the nearest fan header.

i did try this on the cpu header with the 90 and with my old 50......... same result....fan header all the way.

any nearest fan header? no settings in the bios/uefi required to manually set pump speed?

whatever the rate was is what it's running. don't remember looking. it stays way cool......... with a top workload it never got above 42c on the hottest core. then rest were 38c or less. never had to make any adjustments. pump runs quiet and keeps the system cool.

you put one on your gpu you'll know if it's working right or not. ........... but think about this........... if I remember the instructions have the fan ( g10 ) facing the wrong way??....... flip it so it blows down on the back of the card............... and add some copper heat sinks to the ram...........

you mean low profile heatsinks to the VRM and mosfets? its not the ram that gets hot its the VRM's due to the overclocking and increased voltage output, also you dont have to use the included fan that nzxt provides you can always use a higher grade fan. Thanks for your help anyway.
