Assetto Corsa is a VERY realistic racing game that's in development:

And if you're interested in bus simulators, I suggest OMSI Bus Simulator 1 and 2. It is THE MOST realistic (physics-wise, not graphics-wise) driving game out there. Every button on the dashboard works and the physics are unbelievable. I never thought a game could feel (and sound) this realistic before. Here's a video:

NerdCubed (my favorite YouTuber) is a bit derpy and can't drive in real life, but even HE suggests it. Oh, and OMSI has a very nice map editor/creator and a huge modding community.

If you want a free game to try/get the feel for racing simulators I recommend simraceways. It's very easy to run and is always adding new cars and has free cars to test out a few times a week.
