For a few years now ( 5-6 ) since I've been playing the computer I've had high Ping problems, let me start by saying I live in South Carolina. I have moved from house to house a few times, but this problem persist. On games I play; League of Legends , Diablo 3 and many more. I can't seem to get below 100 ping, usually staying around 120, and spiking to 180 on occasion.
I've run Speedtest and Pingtest, getting over 30MBps and 35-40 ping with 2-5 jitter and no packet loss.
I seem to think it's my location and how the servers are just slowing me down and it's not my internet, but I'm not sure, that is why I've come here.
I want to know if there is any tricks I can do/try to maybe get my ping down.

I have ran Traceroutes, to 4.2.2.2 and other common ones, my ping gets up to 50 ping on the max hop. Yet this problem is effecting my play, and I can't seem to get it down. The main problem I'm running into is just delay, anything under 100 would be fine, but I can't get to that point anymore, on occasions at night I will get down to exactly 100, but no lower.
