PC Specifications:
----------------------
PSU - Sentey® 650w
GPU - Geforce GTX 760ti Superclocked
CPU - i5-2500k
RAM - 8gb

I'm no expert with computers, but Could these Specifications handle Modern Games like BF3,Crysis, etc. on High in 1080p with Shadows toned down at 35-50 fps?

Solution
No, not on high settings at 1080p. Not if you mean max settings. Games all have different naming conventions for what they call their settings levels. Some consider HIGH as about mid settings. Others might consider HIGH as the max level. But the GTX 750 Ti can do BF3 at, let's call it middle settings, with the parameters you set. Crysis, maybe above that (unless you mean Crysis 3). The i5-2500K, however, will not be the bottleneck.
