Adware removal - IST Cleaner pro

Hello all, I'm having difficulty on a win 7 machine. IST Cleaner pro (adware/malware). This program is not in add/remove and Mbam, CCleaner, microsoft essentials do not work. Revo Uninstaller cannot find the program either.

Any ideas? I'm running out of them

Unolocogringo, I tried the steps on your link, to no avail. Rkill and Mbam both found nothing (while in safemode)

I'm trying hitman pro now, i will update... this malware is pesky :(

update -

Hitman pro failed, safemode and normal. IST cleaner pro continues to startup with windows every time. Any other ideas?
