What is different between these 3 cards r9 290?

I am looking for a r9 290 card. I found 3 cards in the same manufacturer. Which one should I buy?

I think the first one is the one with the stock cooler

2nd one is with custom cooler

and 3rd one is custom cooler with factory OC

The stock cooler is really noisy so thats up to you

between #2 and #3, I would pick #3 as it is the same price as #2 but is OC already
