I have an lg tv model 42LN5200. It has av input, component and one hdmi. It is not equipped with any av output or optical. I recently bought a samsung crystal surround air track model HW-FM35 which has auxiliary and optical input. I also have a sony blu ray player that has av, component and hdmi output. I have been told there is no way I can use my sound bar since there is no out port on my tv. My question is would it be possible to connect my tv and sound bar if I purchased a 4x1 hdmi switcher. I would plug my hdmi cable from my tv into that and then plug my optical cord from my sound bar into the switcher as well. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
