Of the ones you have selected to be the ones within your budget I would say go with the gtx 650 ti 2gb ( 150$. But really you should go for the r9 270x (2 free games) like Iron8orn said. It is only 50 more and you get two games with it. It is well worth it. For a game like watch dogs to run this card will do the job and add a bit of future proofing because graphics are only going to rise from now. And yes the 2gb of vram on a gpu is a necessity now.
Also just so you know alot of places are running out of the 650s because they stocked on 750s and 760s instead
