Yes, as long as you have one unused PCI-E x8/x16 slot and your case is big enough for the length of the card. You may have to remove a HDD tray to fit some cards in, though if you do for some reason require that many storage drives then you'll have a problem (if the GPU does require that much space).

That card should fit in any mATX or ATX case without a problem.
