Hey guys. I have an ASUS VH238 monitor.
Works fine. Only problem is on start up, it will show windows starting up screen for 2 seconds (blue power light) then my monitor goes to sleep shortly after (orange power light).
I always seem to have to unplug the DVI cable from my monitor (OR motherboard- never both) then plug it back in for it to start displaying my screen (I dont restart the computer, just let it run)
Any suggestions on a fix?

To clarify, my monitor says no DVI detected- the screen basically shows up as if no input is going to the monitor. I understand the monitor's screen might flicker here and there are start up but is it normal to display "no DVI"? Or whatever input you are using?

OK - you've got a GTX670.

What make and model monitor?

Where have you got the cable running from and to? What gtx and monitor ports?

I have a ASUS VH252H and using a DVI input from the GPU DVI output.
I am using my GPU's HDMI output into my other monitor.
The monitor detects DVI input for a second on the windows boot screen...then monitor goes to 'sleep' cause it doesn't detect any input until I unplug then replug it either on the monitors DVI or the GPU's DVI. By this time the computer has already arrived at the user account login screen.

OK so now you have two monitors? What's the other one? Is it giving any problems? What if you swap them around?
