IT's some thing like a fail safe feature on the motherboard to signify your PSU isn't supplying enough power to the GPU. Something like that. Honestly I wouldn't worry about it, assuming you have an adequate PSU

I'm pretty sure but I can't be dead sure. From what I've read that's what I was able to figure out. What PSU do you have? just to make sure

Aha new insight. Turns out it's to be used when your system is unstable when Crossfiring/Sling. It controls the amount of power going to the GPUs to ensure you system is back to a stable state. So it's only used when your system is operting as it should be like getting BSODs while CFing/Sling. All in all don't use it, it's unnecessary unless the criteria is met
