Hello, I am thinking about running two nvidia geforce gtx 760's in 2 way sli. Could I have one card run 4gb and the other running at 2gb? Or do they both have to be the same in memory also. And if it does work, what card would be running the primary memory?

GTX 760 4GB & GTX 760 2GB will work in SLI , but the SLI VRAM will be only 2GB and not 4GB

VRAM is not shared between cards as the information has to be mirrored across the cards. So you will have access to only 2GB.
