I just built a brand new computer, which currently has no operating system, and I have a brand new Toshiba 1080p monitor. My problem is, when I turn the computer on, everything is fine except it seems its outputting a little more than the size of my monitor, by that i mean everything is cut off by between 1/2-1 inch all the way around, as if its zoomed in just a little bit. I am outputting through HDMI on an evga 770 and the motherboard is a msi z87-g45. I'm not very well rounded in the bios and i'm not sure about the 770 either. if anyone has any tips or suggestions, i would love to hear them I'm not really in the budget however to purchase a new monitor, because the computer sucked my wallet dry. Thanks!
