0xc000007b Help Please

I have a Windows 7 Ultimate K with a 64-bit OS, recently i downloaded a software called SideSync 3.0 for Samsung Products and installed, but when i tried running it an 0xc000007b error popped up... it said that it supports both 64 and 32-bit computers but don't know what the problems is.... Please Help

its likely you havent installed the required runtime libraries that came with the software.
open the app thats not working and install any files that are in the redist folder if there is 1.
