Im connected to wifi but dont have connection/ none of my startup programs open

Furthermore all my chrome extensions have been deleted and every time i right click a program, Windows Explorer crashes. Do you guys think its a malware or something like that????

Here is the problem, I cant connect to the internet, and if i download the file into a flash drive and try to install it in my computer, Windows explorer crashes again. i cant do anything really.

So I run my antivirus (Mcafee) for a full scan that takes about 4 hours it finds 1 unwanted program in about 850k+ files it looked through. I rebooted and my computer is still acting up as if nothing happened :(
