theres a few things you can do and not do... first of all 850 750 psu is waaay overkill... get a 650 one (im rocking gtx770 and fx8350 on rm 650). If you play 1 game very often then it would be great for you to get a little bigger SSD so you can install 1-2 games on it, just for convinience.

you dont realy need to overclock an i5 much to get good performance, even a simple i5 is ok. but a card is a huge deal when it comes to gaming, soo you can sort of come around a little with the motherboard/cooling/cpu and get a better card.
I dont see a huge point in the motherboard apart from stability and a sound amp. Those gaming board have realy good sound processors...

so if you need a better card, try to think if you can get it instead of a...
I would save bucks from mobo by getting any decent performer mobo and spend the savings towards more good GPU like 770 etc.

Consider Seasonic/XFX series 650w 80+ PSU that'll do the job

Hopefully, RAM is like 2x4GB with CAS of 9 and minimum 1600MHz

Rest you are good to go.

so if you need a better card, try to think if you can get it instead of a high overclock on a cpu. i6 with that cooling is waaay overkill for this card.

I also assume that you dont do any streaming, video capturing, right?

the ram is enough, and the case is fine. everything will fit

the thing here is that that gaming monitor has high refresh rates, and high refresh rates = good for shooters. But to have high fps you obviously need better gpu performance... so if you play a lot of shooters, and want (I wouldnt say play better) some boost to your gameplay, then get a better card. (you can always have better fps, with a crappier settings though, but thats not cool).

Get the asus maximus vii hero. Don't get the H100i, it has low rpm(800-1000rpm max).Get thermaltake water 3.0 extrem insted, it has a very high rpm like 2000rpm max. Get at list 1866mhz ram. Gigabyte gpu's a bit chip and dose the same work as other gpu brand, so have that one.
