How should I arrange my second fan?

As you could see from the picture below, my computer already has an exhaust fan on the left side which isn't doing enough job to keep the inside temperature down. My plan is to add another one on the right bottom corner. Should I set this second one to be an exhaust fan as well? The CPU fan in the middle sort of sucks a lot of air in. So I thought maybe I need to improve the airflow going out of the case.

I'd recommend using the front (bottom right corner) fan as an intake fan. Having it as another exhaust fan won't do much, as the airflow in your case as it is , is being pushed out the rear & top, not near the front, so it wouldn't be doing much, other than disrupting the airflow more than anything.

So having it as a front intake, it will suck in cool air & blow it over your CPU cooler to aid getting the hot air away better & exhaust it out the rear fan & PSU to create good airflow. This is similar to my case fan setup & it works very well.

You'll also want to get some cable ties (they are cheap) to keep those red sleeved PCI cables tighter & allow air to flow around them better. Similarly with the chunky 24pin cable, try to...
