Hi! my system specs:
CPU : A8-3870k
MB : ASRock A75M-HVS
Cooler : Gammaxx 300
Thermal Paste : DeepCool Z5
MEM : Doual Channel 2x2gb HyperX Blu 1600
O.C. : Gpu to 758 MHz, MEM to 1866 (932 MHz), Cool'n'Quiet Enabled, LLC 1/4

CPU Temp (HWMonitor)
Full load > CPUTIN 59c - Cores 45c - Gpu 44c
Idle > CPUTIN 38c - Cores 10c - Gpu 9c

AIDA64 shows the same result

Which temp should i notice it?
CPUTIN is higher than Core temp! Is it correct?

Thanks

Thanks for answer
Bios shows the same as CPUTIN temp. I've lapped Gammaxx 300 with CPU and used a tiny bit of Z5, i expected 4 or 5 degree cooler than stock AMD cooler (idle 36 - full 55) and now i see hotter!
I want to O.C. base clock and cpu ratio so i have to disable Cool'n'Quiet ... with this state i guess a near 70c!
Is this temp value of A75M-HVS sensor near CPU?
Or is the cpu damaged or something else?!!!

Thanks in advance
Just question is why my cpu with Gammaxx 300 works hotter than stock AMD cooler!
Is there any way to check CPU health with software?

Yes, i read HardwareSecrets review of Gammaxx 300 then choose it, finally i found the problem, one of the heat pipes seems barred! (center heat pipe) unlike other 2 heat pipe it's always cool. I'm going to buy another cooler, Gammaxx S40 or Thermalright True-Spirit 120m.

Thanks

Better buy Noctua series cooler or Phantec. Otherwise consider buying H80/90.
