all my other updates install fine,just these two are problems.ive run multiple malware scans and gone thru the fixes from ms and no joy.it doesnt seem to be a problem with windows update par se,but rather with these two updates.any help would be appreciated.just wondered if anyone else out there has had trouble installing these updates.where they fail is when im prompted to restart my computer to finish installing the updates.i get the update failure reverting changes notice everytime.
win7 updates kb2871997 and kb2800095 install but fail on restart
