I'm either planning on getting the gtx 770 or gtx 760 from gigabyte and on http://www.gigabyte.com/products/product-page.aspx?pid=4629#sp it says the power requirement is 600 watts. Does that mean just for the graphics card it needs 600 watts or just the power supply needs to be at least 600 watts?
I have a 700 or 750 watt power supply I think, because I was planning to upgrade later on.

Edit: I'm planning to play games on ultra, but not crysis 3. Just games like battlefield 4 Just Cause 2, and payday 2.

The graphics card does not use 600w. The requirement is measured for a whole system, roughly. You'll just need a minimum of the 600w with whatever amps it requires on the 12V rail. A 550w+ psu from xfx/seasonic/pc power and cooling/(other tier 1/2 psus) will do just fine.
