Hello everyone, this is the configuration of my current pc:

Intel Core i5-2310 CPU@2.9 GHZ
RAM CORSAIR VENGEANCE 8GB (4X2 1600MHz) (CMZ8GX3M2A1600C9B)
nVidia GeForce GTX 560 Ti (2GB)
Motherboard AsRock Z77 Pro4
Hard disk main an holder Maxtor 320gb and secondary hard drive that I use only for data storage (Western Digital Caviar Green 3 TB SATA III 6Gb / s, 64MB Cache)

-

I do video editing and after replacement (with no formatting) of the second motherboard in four months (for unknown reasons), I noticed a distinct slowdown in PC rendering (especially with full hd).

The questions you pose are various and varied:
- Voltage dips can impair the function of a motherboard?
- I want to buy a hard drive ssd for os and programs without spending a lot, what do you think of this? Crucial Technology CT240M500SSD1. PK01 M500 HardDisk
- The new motherboard was reading the ram to 1333 but I have to manually set up in 1600, but now I would like to add two more modules or 4gb or 8gb one from. The question is, if I put 2 modules in 1866 (Corsair Vengeance 8GB DDR3-1866MHz Pro) conflict with the other two from the 1600s, and are especially useful or faster? Also, going on the list of ram compatible with my motherboard, I discovered that none of the ram is not compatible bestselling including my own (that actually works), so either I was wrong to try or do not know.
- For video editing improvements that I could have with these two purchases?

I know I have a bunch of questions, but I know I have a bunch of questions, but I want to understand what I or should not I do!

Solution
Yes - you need a good power supply. The motherboard also needs to have a good voltage controller - VRM.
The crucial ssd is a good one
Only put identical - same make and model - on a motherboard. Otherwise it probably won't work.

Video editing mainly needs a good cpu then good ram then good graphics cards.

The first thing to buy to improve video editing is a better cpu. Seeing you have a Z77 mobo you could put an i7 3770k on it.
