Need a Monitor Suggestion!

Hi all. I have just completed my first build, and all I lack is a monitor. I will be running an AMD FX-8350 on a M5A99FX with EVGA GTX 760.

These are the parameters. I am a gamer, or at least will be getting back in to PC FPS games. Also, I will use my PC to edit RAW photos heavily.

Based on that, I need a quick monitor that won't produce ghosting or lag. But I also need a monitor with excellent and true color.

I am looking for 24-27" but under about a $350 price range. Is this possible? recommendations?

Thank you all in advance.

For your use, this is what you want but it is $12 over;'

BenQ XL2420Z
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...

This won't let you down due to lag or ghosting, 120Hz, 1ms, 24", 1080p, beast of a gaming monitor.

Thanks.... the $350 is not a hard price. I can go over if I need to. This looks like a really good option. I will have to read into it further!
