Sandisk Cruzer Fit is not reconized

I have a new USB but it's not shown in "my computer". Windows makes the sounds when I insert it, I can see the USB sign on the tray, but not as a drive in my computer.
I can see the USB in storage-> disk management as "new volume". The only thing I can do is to assign it with a drive letter and then it's shown in my computer. But when I reinsert the USB, the same problem- I can't see my USB drive

I would like to help you with this.
I would recommend checking the disk for any errors and possibly reformatting.
To do this:
Right Click your USB drive and click properties.
Next click the tools tab and click check now under error-checking.
Make sure “Automatically fix file system errors” and “Scan for and attempt recovery of bad sectors” are checked.
Click Start.

Formatting USB Drive:
Right click drive. Click Format.
Now format to NTFS then FAT32.
This ensures proper formatting.
